I did have a miniature-sized ceiling leak that may have added a fun twist to my shower—but not in a good way! Also, the bus to the city was as reliable as a cat on a leash.

The local cafes and restaurants nearby were fantastic, offering authentic Italian cuisine without the tourist trap feel. Public transport was easy to navigate, with a bus stop close by. I did wish parking wasn't such an issue. it cost me $20 a night at a nearby lot. But overall, the atmosphere and thoughtful touches from the staff made my stay memorable.
